一日を締めるイベントの一つとして「お風呂」があります。
ただ、眠さもあって「朝風呂を明日の朝に入ればいいか」と、そのまま寝てしまう人も少なくないのではないでしょうか。
人によってはお酒を飲んでいて、お風呂が更に面倒になっているのではないかと思います。
この記事を書いている私もその一人で、毎晩「朝風呂を明日の朝に入ればいかな。」という思いと葛藤しています。
今日はそんな「朝風呂」について、体に悪いのか、「風呂に入らずに寝る」ことと「睡眠」にはどのような関係があるのかを詳しく見ていきます。
「朝風呂を明日の朝に入ればいいかな」ってなりがちの人は参考にしてみてください。
朝風呂は体に悪い？朝と夜とのお風呂の違い
朝風呂と夜風呂の違いは、お風呂に入る目的が異なります。
夜風呂は身体を休息に向かわせるのが目的であるのに対して、朝風呂は身体を目覚めさせるのが目的です。

また、毛穴に汚れやメイクが詰まったままになり、

お風呂に入らないで寝ると、髪や頭皮に付着した汚れや皮脂、ヘアセット剤などがそのまま残ります。
