街を歩いているとたまに見かける「オーガニック野菜専門店」。
何気なく入ってみるとその価格にびっくりしてお店を出たことは無いでしょうか？
私はそんな経験があり、その時は
「オーガニック野菜って農薬を使わずに育てているから体に良い分、育てるのに手間暇がかかるから高くなるんだ」
と何となく思っていました。
しかし良く調べてみると、オーガニック＝無農薬というわけではなく、
「JISが認定している農薬なら使用しても良い」とされており、それらを使用して野菜を作っても
「オーガニック野菜」と表記することができるとのことです。
今日はそんなオーガニック野菜について、無農薬野菜との違いや合わせてよく聞く「有機栽培」との違いについてです。

今回調べてみて、オーガニック野菜は高いだけでは無くて味も良いとのことだったので、その点では一度食べてみても良いかもしれませんね。
