寝る時の帽子のかぶり方
寝る時の帽子をかぶるときの注意点はどんなところにあるのでしょうか？
髪をきちんと乾かす
ドライヤーは強めの温風にし、髪から10cm以上離して根元から乾かします。
ドライヤーを一ヶ所に当て続けないように小刻みに振りながら乾かしましょう。
髪が8割方乾いたらドライヤーを弱めの温風に切り替え、前髪を乾かします。前髪は右から左へと交互に風を当てて乾かし、
最後に流したい方向に手ぐしを通しておきます。
髪全体を整えます。
髪の中間から毛先を中心に風を当て、手ぐしを通しながら乾かします。
このとき、軽く髪を毛先方向に引っ張りながら乾かすとまとまりやすくなります。
全体が乾いたらドライヤーを冷風に切り替えて全体に当てます。冷風でキューティクルを引き締め、
光沢感やスタイルの持続力を高めます。
真上からかぶり、耳の上までおろす
ナイトキャップをかぶるときに真上からすっぽりかぶった方が良い理由は、髪の毛の流れや寝癖を整えやすいからです。
髪形別の具体的なかぶり方は以下のようになります。
ショートヘアの場合：
前髪や襟足に寝癖がつかないように注意して、ナイトキャップを真上からかぶるだけです。
ボブヘアの場合：
内巻きにしたい場合は毛先を内側に、外巻きにしたい場合は毛先を外側にして、少しずつ毛束を作りながらナイトキャップに入れ込みます。
ミディアムヘアの場合：
髪を半分に分けて、分けた髪の先をそれぞれ反対の耳にかけるようにしてナイトキャップに入れ込みます。
ロングヘアの場合：
ポニーテールをするように左手で髪を束ねて持ち、右手でくるくるとねじりながら持ち上げてお団子にします。
左手でお団子を抑えながら、右手でナイトキャップをかぶります。
出ている毛をしまう
出ている毛があると、ナイトキャップの効果が半減してしまいます。
出ている毛は、摩擦でパサつきや枝毛の原因になります。
また、出ている毛は、空気に触れて乾燥しやすくなります。
乾燥した髪の毛は、水分が不足してキューティクルが開きやすくなります。
キューティクルが開くと、髪の毛の内部にある水分や栄養素が流出しやすくなります。
その結果、髪の毛はさらに乾燥して傷みやすくなります。
そうならないためには、ナイトキャップをかぶるときには、出ている毛をしっかりとナイトキャップの中に入れ込むことが大切です。
ナイトキャップの中に入れ込むことで、髪の毛は適度な湿度を保ちやすくなります。
湿度が保たれると、キューティクルが閉じて髪の毛の水分や栄養素を逃さなくなります。
その結果、髪の毛はしっとりと潤ってツヤやまとまりが出ます。
寝る時の帽子はいくらくらいで買えるの？
市販のナイトキャップの価格帯は、だいたい 300円から3000円 くらいです。
ナイトキャップの素材やデザインによって価格は異なりますが、一般的には シルク素材 のものが高価で、 コットン素材 のものが安価です。
シルク素材のナイトキャップは、髪にツヤを与えてくれる効果がありますが、お手入れがやや面倒です。
コットン素材のナイトキャップは、お手入れが簡単で清潔に使えますが、髪にツヤを与える効果はあまりありません。
また、ナイトキャップのタイプによっても価格は変わります。リボンタイプやフリルタイプなどのデザイン性の高いものは、
ゴムタイプなどのシンプルなものよりも高めです。
