残留農薬に関する情報は、厚生労働省や農林水産省などのホームページで公開されています。
また、公益財団法人 日本食品化学研究振興財団が運営する「残留農薬基準値検索システム」では、食品や農薬ごとに残留基準値を検索することができます。
「無農薬野菜」とは
「無農薬野菜」とは、農薬を一切使わないで栽培した野菜のことを言います。
無農薬野菜には、メリットとデメリットがあります。
